1. Working with Me!
Message Policy: I love chatting, but daily "how’s it going?" messages stress me out a little! Feel free to poke me every week or two for an update.
Details: Help me help you! Be super clear about what you want so I can get it right the first time.
Ref Sheets: Digital refs are a must for color accuracy. If you don't have one, no worries—I can make one for you for an extra fee before we dive into the piece.
Inspiration: Don't be shy with the refs! Send over everything you've got.2. The Financial Stuff
Ways to Pay: I take USD through PayPal, Ko-fi, or CashApp.
Complex Characters: If your character has super detailed armor, mechanical parts, or very intricate patterns, there will be a 10–25% upcharge depending on the difficulty.
Payment Plans: If your total is over $50, we can definitely set up a payment plan! Just a heads-up: I don't start the actual drawing process until the full amount is paid. I’ll keep a clear log of our payments so we’re both on the same page!
3. General Provisions
Agreement: By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed here.
Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion.
Copyright: I retain all rights to the artwork, including use for portfolios and social media, unless a privacy fee is negotiated beforehand.3.5. Workflow & Revisions Color Phase: During this stage, we will finalize smaller details and ensure the palette aligns with your vision or mood board.
Final Delivery: Upon completion, you will receive the final render.
Revision Policy: Minor tweaks are welcome at the final stage. However, major structural changes or anything exceeding three (3) revisions will incur an additional fee.
4. Commission Scope
I specialize in vibrant, stylized characters and speculative themes.
The Green List: I love working on Anthros/Furries, Custom Designs, and Sci-Fi/Fantasy concepts. I’m also totally down for Light Gore and Horror (especially anything in that "Radioactive" or "Caution" style!).
The Red List: I do not accept commissions for Extreme Gore, Hyper-Realism, Discriminatory Content, or Stolen/Traced Characters.5. Changes & Fixes
The Sketch Stage: This is the best time for changes! You get 3 free minor edits here to make sure everything looks right.
Moving Forward: Once I start the lineart, the "bones" of the drawing are set. Changing the pose or making big structural shifts after this point will incur an additional fee since it requires restarting the work.6. Sharing Your Art
Where to use it: Feel free to use your commission for icons, personal stickers, or your character's gallery!
Credit: Just remember to keep my credit linked so others can find my work.
